London Lowri Turner Vavoom Health was set up in 2009 by Lowri
Turner. A journalist and TV presenter, Lowri is now a qualified nutritional therapist. Vavoom Health
is an idea born of Lowri's own personal experience. "I know that the right food can make you look and feel better,
but I also know that it's not that easy. If it was, my own weight wouldn't have yo-yod up and down by three stone
for over a decade. I had every diet book going, but I still had to keep black trousers in three sizes in the wardrobe because
of my constant battle with my weight. Hypnotherapy is the most powerful weapon that I have found to end the misery of emotional eating, bingeing, cravings
and self-sabotaging behaviour." Kate Osborne BSc (Hons) Dip BCNH, BANT Registered and Nutritional
Therapy Council Registered Practitioner Kate received a distinction in nutritional therapy from the UK College of Nutrition
and Health in 2007, a leading London college that has a reputation for achieving the highest standards. Kate now acts as a
tutor at the College of Nutrition and Health for second and fourth year students. Kate also has a degree in Biology from the
University of East Anglia. Surrey Kerry Torrens BSc(Hons) DipION MBant founded foodlinkfirst in 2005 and now runs successful clinics in both Surrey and
Hampshire. Kerry is a qualified Nutritional Therapist and registered under the strict guidelines of the Nutritional Therapy Council. She studied at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition,
one of the UK’s foremost nutritional institutions and currently continues her research with a Masters degree at Middlesex
University. As well as her private practice Kerry is the Director of School Projects for the charity,
Food for the Brain. She is the resident nutritionist for Beyond Baked Beans and the Mood Food Company and is a contributing
